Accepting these terms

Creating an account requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Both are versioned: the version you accepted is recorded against your account, and a substantive change produces a new version.

Accounts

• You need a valid email address. A code is sent to it, and the account cannot be used until that code is entered — this is what stops automated sign-ups.
• One account per person. Disposable-address providers are refused.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
• You must be 16 or older. The service is not designed for children.

We may suspend an account that is used to attack, scrape or overload the service. Repeated failed sign-in attempts are progressively delayed.

What the service does — and what it does not

The service analyses cosmetic products and suggests routines matching a profile you provide.

• It is not medical advice. See the Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
• Recommendations are generated partly by an AI model from merchant data. They can be incomplete or wrong, and we do not guarantee that a recommended product suits you.
• We do not sell anything. Purchases happen on merchant sites, under their terms. Price, availability, delivery, returns and after-sales are matters between you and that merchant. Prices shown here come from merchant feeds and may be out of date.

Links to merchants are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy. This does not change the price you pay, and it does not influence the ranking — the engine ranks on the match with your profile, and commission data is not part of that calculation.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• automate access, scrape the catalogue, or circumvent the rate limits;
• overload the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages;
• resell or redistribute the catalogue or the generated content as your own.

Content and intellectual property

The site, its design, the analyses and the editorial guides belong to us. Product names, brands and images belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification. The content you enter (skin profile, notes, saved routines) remains yours; you allow us to use it solely to operate the service for you.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. It may be interrupted for maintenance, changed, or discontinued.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, nor for any reaction to a product bought from a merchant. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy — the request is currently handled manually). We may close an account that breaches these Terms.

Changes

We may amend these Terms. A substantive change increments the version. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of your place of residence or those of Montpellier, France.
